Well my planning weekend didn’t quite go as well as I would have liked, so I didn’t quite get my weekly menu planned out! I did however, get to the markets for some healthy fruit and vege, so at least that is a start!
Monday morning was freezing, so after training my client at 5am, the thought of a run was not as appealing as sneaking off back to bed to warm up! So after writing Monday off as not a very good start, I hit it twice as hard yesterday by eating well and doing a killer of a workout (burpees, squat jumps, lunge jumps, skipping… just to name a few!).
Really getting back into it now! By 6.30am this morning, I’d trained my client and then completed a 40 min run. Should have the magic 10 000 steps done by 9am! Just getting ready to hit the shower and then have a great breaky of eggs, mushrooms and tomato!
